    Support End Users (RBUs, central and Local Agencies) in the usage of the new CRM tools deployed recently in Europe.
    This tool is composed of a CRM campaign marketing tool (NEOLANE) + reporting tool (Business Object).
    The trainee will report to NE Business Data Steward.

    •Maintain all end users documentations up to date based on new development (user guide, training support, data model referential, …)
    •Initial and regular Training deck formalization (Neolane and Business Object)
    •Daily support to RBUs, NE internal stakeholders and CRM agencies in the usage of the CRM campaign tools (Neolane+BO) : Nissan Data Model understanding, workflow definition, specific report set up,…
    •Participate to weekly meetings organized with each RBUs while ensuring list of open issues are up to date, followed by IS department + redaction of minutes/next steps
    •Support the NE Data Steward in the redaction of New business requirement leading to Change Request
    •Support the NE Data Steward during the testing phase of new Neolane functionalities and training sessions
    •Support Tools operators management (creation requests, profiles updates,…)
    •Marketing background
    •At ease with IT environment, processes and tools
    •Good redaction skills
    •Ability to work efficiently in multi-cultural AND cross-functional environment
    •Fluent English required
    Ideally, prior experience in marketing team, especially around customer experience purposes and CRM activities.
    Experience of database management required to be able to ramp up on the solution rationales and therefore to support end users.

    Minimum Education Required
    University degree

    Specific Technical Skills

    •At ease with IT environment, processes and tools:
    ◦minimum is Windows environment (ability to build deck)
    ◦knowledge of Neolane platform would be an asset
    ◦as well as understanding of database querying (SQL logic)
